About me

Hello y'all!

Hello! I am Somil Jain and I'm a fourth-year architecture student with a passion for design and technology. I have a strong foundation in UX design and basic front-end development, and I'm always looking for ways to learn and grow as a designer. In my free time, I enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in product design, as well as exploring new tools and technologies. I love to document my adventures through photos and stories and I'm excited to bring my unique perspective to a product design role.

My Motivation

Friends and Anime 😅

My passion for UX design has been influenced by a variety of sources throughout my life, including my close friends and my love of anime. My friends constantly challenge me to think outside the box and approach problems from different perspectives, which has been invaluable in my development as a designer. Additionally, my passion for anime has taught me the importance of storytelling and attention to detail in creating captivating and immersive user experiences. These experiences have helped me grow as a designer and I am constantly striving to bring new and innovative ideas to the table.

My Passion for Reading

A Book-Lover's Bliss

"Form and space are not just the visual aspects of architecture, but the very essence of it."
- Form, Space, and Order
"Good design is actually a lot harder to notice than poor design, in part because good designs fit our needs so well that the design is invisible."
The Design of Everyday Things
"The true measure of a shinobi is not how he lives but how he dies. It's not what they do in life but what they did before dying that proves their worth."
- Hatake Kakashi
"The fear of losing something makes us hold on too tight. And like all living things, things we hold too tightly, slowly slip away."
- Armin Arlert
"Fear is not evil. It tells you what weakness is. And once you know your weakness, you can become stronger as well as kinder."
- Gildarts Clive
